Refund Policy

  • I do my very best to produce quality bags that you will love. I want my customers to be completely happy with their bag.  
  • If you are not completely satisfied, please get in contact within 7 days and I will be happy to find a solution. I will mend, replace or return for a full refund if returned in its original condition, unused or damaged, suitably and safely packed and shipped with recorded delivery.
  • Please note that custom, personalised orders and bespoke orders are non-refundable as they would have been made especially for you.
