REFUND/RETURN POLICY
I do my very best to produce quality bags that you will love.
I want all my customers to be completely happy with their new bags. If you are not please get in contact within 7 days and I will be happy to come up with a solution. I will mend, replace or return for a full refund ( if returned unused or damaged, suitably and securely shipped with recorded delivery(.
Bags that have been personalised cannot be refunded unless faulty as they cannot be resold.
All bags will be made with matching linen thread. If you would prefer an alternative colour please get in contact.
BESPOKE BAGS
There is usually much discussion before a final design is agreed upon. I will inform you of the lead time when I send the quote. A 50% deposit is required before any work is commenced and the balance upon completion.
CUSTOM ORDERS
I will let you know the lead time when you place your order. It is currently around 3 weeks but this will vary throughout the year.
Leather colours available: black, dark brown, tan or London tan.
I try my best to take accurate colour photos but monitors do vary. Get in touch if you would like a colour swatch.
POSTAGE
UK postage is included. Your bag will be posted via Royal Mail recorded delivery. I am currently not posting internationally but you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
DATA
I take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information. I follow industry best practices to ensure it is not lost, misused, accessed, changed are destroyed.
