Welcome to Potash Leather which is just me - Raeleen Gladwell. I design, cut, stitch and finish all my leather goods by hand in my workshop in the Suffolk countryside.

I now marble leather and incorporate some pieces into my work.

Potash Leather goods are crafted with natural materials with an attention to detail to ensure longevity.

My leather goods are made entirely from natural materials: vegetable-tanned leather, linen thread, beeswax and brass or nickel-plated brass fittings. The leather that retains its natural character and beauty. It will darken over time and develop a lovely patina.
